Portia von Penzlin is a beautiful 3 year old German Shepherd. Portia told us her mission on Earth is to love as many people and dogs, as much as possible. To this medium-energy girl, strangers are only family she hasn’t met yet. We’re working on boosting her confidence and independence as she learns she’s safe all by herself. Portia takes the phrase “sticking by your side through thick and thin” literally and would prefer a home with people or dogs who are around to soak up all the love and sweetness she has to offer (which is quite a lot). She does wonderfully around other dogs. Portia is housebroken, knows how to sit, walks on a leash well, and takes treats with the gentle air she’s known for.
